• Green Cup Energy Challenge

The Green Cup Energy Challenge is a national competition that encourages schools to reduce their energy consumption over a period of four weeks. We will track and compare our energy savings during the competition, but we hope and expect to continue our energy saving initiatives throughout the course of the year.

Ways to Reduce our Energy Consumption in School
    • Turning off 1 or 2 classroom lights during the day and using natural sunlight
    • Turning off classroom lights when not in use
    • Turning off and unplugging electrical devices (laptop carts, projector carts, etc...)when not in use
    • Unplugging electrical devices at the end of every day
